San Francisco based photographer Brett Walker
views the world in medium format. In a world where film tends to be a lost art, rarely found in the mainstream and hidden in the dark shadows of the photography world, often eclipsed by the massive digital market of todays society, it’s refreshing to see an artist holding true to such an amazing medium. Walker takes a fresh view of the world around him through his lens – his seemingly normal backdrops are altered with his subjects and transformed into amazing scenes that leave you thinking of a deeper meaning. The scenes he creates are made to bring attention to everyday objects and surroundings that normally go unseen and unnoticed.
