We recently came across the mesmerizing work of Sao Paulo- based artist Décio Araújo, and had to share! He takes the beautiful linearity of cityscapes, skies, and animals and transforms them into geometric patterns and reflections that dazzle the eye. His manipulations force the viewer to take a second look at the surroundings we often ignore. Décio Araújo gives us the gentle reminder to once more stop and smell the roses, and not be caught up in our mental mechanisms.
