There’s nothing like escaping the city and getting back to your roots in nature, and what better place than Woodstock, NY. Some friends and I got a chance to get out of town and go camping upstate for a few days and it was so relaxing! The weather was amazing, which really matters when you are spending a weekend outdoors. We thought we would go all out and cook a feast, including a giant hog! If you ever get a chance to spend a weekend out in nature or camping in upstate NY I highly recommend it!
