Samera Paz, a 20 year old photographer from Washington DC, recently submitted a travel diary to us of just a glimpse into life in Cali, Colombia – a place she likes to call home. She had this to say about her recent trip and home country, “I want my photos to document the beauty in Colombia and not what the news and world portrays Colombia to be. There’s beauty everywhere.”
