Fashion and editorial photographer Erika Astrid and model Claire McConnehey teamed up to shoot this amazing and dreamy editorial for Nakid recently. We thought it was so good we couldn’t resist putting it in our DUOS! series this week! Along with Camilla Orosco doing hair/MUA and April MacPherson styling, this shoot looks like something out of a dream sequence lost among a garden forgotten to time or abandoned theme park. The story behind the shoot is about a girl, and an artist, living in a vivid dream world, like Alice in Wonderland. She escapes into a colorful place, creates art, plays with different ideas and isn’t afraid to fail. She loves to play with shapes and patterns as well as textures and colors. Her mind and reality become interwoven and fearlessly she wanders through her own looking glass.
