Just when you thought China was doing it all, they do more! Teaming up with the Mind Group, the enigmatic & chic fashion brand Versace has announced something brand spanking new in Chengdu, China, Apartment Residences! That’s right, residences, by Versace, need we say more?! Created by artistic director Donatella Versace, along with the Mind Group, they hope to open a new door in innovation, design, and craftsmanship that marks the beginning of a new era multicultural and cross-industrial partnership and interior design.
Just the latest example of Versace Home’s global takeover and flexing of their expertise in the interior design field – joining the ranks of the recent Milano Residences in Manila, the Damac Tower in Beirut and the Damac Residences in Jeddah, each pushing the boundaries of global luxury living at its finest. Located in at the heart of Chengdu, China, where business, culture, and the cities inhabitants coalesce, near the Jin River and opposite Wangjiang Park.
All part of China’s push to clearly state they are the dominant force in the world in modern times, this is just another step in that sequence. Consisting of 68 floors, the building will exceed a height of 220 meters. The Versace Residences will accommodate units varying from 150 square meters to 400 square meters and the design will be nothing short of the Versace prestige matched with the richness of Chinese heritage, to create the ultimate in modern luxury.

Residential units in the Versace Residences in Chengdu, China, start their availability and sales by the end of 2015. The project is scheduled for completion in 2017.
