This past Tuesday, April 21 2015, we had the great opportunity to see one of our favorite bands; Interpol. The band, who we caught at this years Coachella, continued their sonic bombardment of moody post-punk rock.

Emerging from the New York City indie rock scene in 1997, Interpol’s debut and sophomore albums are considered by most music critics and fans alike to be two of the most beloved LP’s of the past decade. Both of course are laden with down-tempo melodies and cryptic lyrics that confront heartbreak, juvenile angst, romance, and mania.

Our West Coast Editor James Pawlish and Photographer Lance Skundrich were on hand to check out the bands career spanning performance at the Warfield Theatre in San Francisco, which included a great opening performance by Guy Blakeslee. Check out our photos after the jump!
