Today is an amazing day, it marks the fourth release by Los Angeles producer and artist Justin Phillips, better known as Crywolf! Leading up to his album release entitled ‘Cataclasm‘ he has slowly been trickling out singles off the new record, each one better than the last, and for this album he wanted to do something special artistically, not only musically, but visually. So Phillips teamed up with LA photographer and artist Dustin Hollywood to map out all the artwork for the upcoming album including a series of 4 images specifically created around each single release. ‘Slow Burn‘, the latest and final single released is a melodic and deep musical journey and just one of many emotionally driven anthems on the new record. Along with other singles like ‘Wake (E-Bow)‘, ‘Akureyri‘ and ‘Rising Rising‘ this album shows not only growth from the electronic artist but versatility and artistic exploration, something that sets him apart from the pack – if these four singles alone aren’t enough reason to go out and get the album then maybe some badass artwork to litter your walls with is, but if your taste is anything near ours, you’ll be addicted to the new music quicker than you can say FUCK YES! Enjoy!
