In the city of LA it is easy to find a mass of people trying to be something they are not. Trying to become something! Out here wanting to be famous or rich. This editorial was shot as the first installment of a series that stands for freedom and individuality. It speaks about being yourself in a world that teaches you that you should be working towards being something different. Something pulled from a cookie cutter. We need to reconnect with ourselves and be free to do and be whoever we feel like inside.
Vera Skyy and Brandon Michael McClure put themselves out there on a brisk afternoon here in LA. Streaking and nudity in public is not something that is generally tolerated in LA so this was a risk we had to take to create a visual story that defies societal restraints and show us what it truly means to be free!
