Love Taps is an electronic duo from NYC with a contagious enthusiasm for Caribbean drum lines and moombathon melodies. Their sound can be heard through out the east coast underground as the creative minds who step away from traditional electronic styles to incorporate multiple cultural aspects to their sound. In their newest track the duo took a creative turn into the Deep House sound waves for “Falling Fast” featuring Canadian vocalist Maya Killtron. The soulful disco-like vocals reminisces the elegance of 70’s Disco Divas at its best.
Recently the due managed to grab the attention of some of the biggest name in the industry with their take on Sean Paul’s ‘Burning’. Both A-trak and Diplo and Friends featured the track on their podcast. Its undeniable that tropical waves are hitting the east coast, and Love Taps is one of the few acts that has accomplished to stand out with such a polished sound.
