Rain and Shine, JMBLYA went down this past weekend in Dallas and Austin TX. One day shiny and hot, the next day it’s rainy and cool. Its the way Texas is but regardless of the temperature, both events were sold out and Future, Post Malone and Travis Scott got to perform the main stage with special guests Kehlani, Rae Shremmurd, Kevin Gates, Carnage and the Korean rapper Keith Ape. This year the stages were bigger, the venues were twice as big with more room for activities, food, and chill spots. It felt more like a festival and a lot less like a show.

Rae Shremmurd was the life of the party, Post Malones triumphant return home was very well received by the locals and Future was straight up madness in May. Kehlani had a very emotional performance with inspiring moments of personal story telling in between songs, while Carnage was the only EDM act that got the crowd incredibly hyped.
The style was up to par, grills, colorful hairstyles and the jewelry. The babes were out and Die__Yung was out to get them, check out the best looks we spotted this year.

Nothing much had changed except the experience, where we saw a bit of fault last year… this year Scoremore paid more attention to the space they were using this time around. Making sure every corner was filled with something interesting to do or look at. A giant water slide, inflatable human hamster balls and so many food trucks really made the fest feel more like a Sunday Funday then a Music Festival. The cartoon drawings of the performing artist that JMBLYA is so well known for were brought to life in the form of life size cut outs. The whole animated line up stood up all day by the main entrance for the public to snap selfies with their favorite artist.
