German Photographer Anabella Mareika, is just 21 years old and captures everyday life, as well as fashion stories and random feelings to tell a story of her life and travels. Currently studying abroad in Brazil, with a focus on english and portuguese literature and economics, she has found her work and photography give her intrigue into the future and drive. The pictures captured for this story of an early morning in Sao Paulo are of her boyfriend. “Despite spending such intimate moments together, somehow, in some aspects he is still a stranger to me“, she says. This story is questioning how well we are able to know someone, how much there is we do not know about the other and how many strange aspects the other can inhabit.
