Creative photographer working across Fashion and the Arts, Thomas Lyons has an eye for striking the perfect balance between artistic and risqué – his work in this, his first exclusive for NAKID, almost mimics victorian and earlier paintings of women in all but nothing. Recently he shot at LFW AW16 and at Christopher Shannon, Sibling, Xander Zhou, Lou Dalton and others at LCM SS17 this past June. Outside of that he likes to I work at his apartment shooting personal images when free-time arises. Both digital and film make up his portfolio and this set of images came about from one of those sessions. Both the model, Fawnya, and Lyons we’re keen to get a shoot that would be closer to film than digital, with a dark, contemporary, pre-Raphaelite feel, we think they succeeded.
