Any photographer that has spent time in the studio and in photoshop knows that having a clean studio floor can make a huge time difference in post. In this case we unfortunately had no time to clean the floor but I think it adds to the aesthetic. Staff photographer and executive editor here at Nakid, Lance Skundrich teamed up with model River Johnson, MUA Lola Son and stylist Ashling Massoumi to create a modern shoot with a clean look (with just a bit of dirt on the floor).
“This shoot was something a bit different that what both River and myself are accustomed to but we definitely had some fun with it! I usually don’t do a lot of retouching on my photos. I prefer a more raw look and most of my editing is done to create a certain look and feel to the images.” – Lance
