A bit of info on Nina
Austin based Russian-Vietnamese photographer + filmmaker, Nina Hawkins (nee Nguyen), launched her career in fashion over 10 years ago in Moscow, modeling for one of Russia’s leading agencies – ZaitsevS’ MODEL MANAGEMENT, which inspired her to pursue her own career in photography. After getting her degree in international economic relations, she then moved to Saigon where she began building her professional career in image-making and got noticed by Elle Vietnam to become their in-house videographer. Nina is now a part of creative collective Essentials Studio, collaborating in art projects, including Nick Knight’s Photography Mastered course. She’s also working as a Virtual Staging Specialist, designing and furnishing empty NYC apartments for Gamut Photos in 3D software. She’s mastering the world of 3D, graphic and interior design, well-versed in fashion, beauty, portrait, commercial photography and has professional experience shooting fashion films, music videos, food + interior, documentaries, business interviews, events and etc.
