Have you ever woken up from a long nap with a weird aluminium bowl on your head and perfect bed hair, walked up to the living room to find out that your friends are weird AF? Well if you haven’t, you are not living life to the fullest. Jared Geyer, the lead singer of Weslynn, does just that on their new music video for the single ‘Strange Feelings’.
The film produced by Yellowbox Films, takes a very curious and adventurous tone. Like a hangover-free morning after a good night out with friends, where everyone is just in a great mood and acting out their inner weirdness. It’s a feel-good indie rock anthem you crave on a Tuesday afternoon after a long walk by the beach.
‘Strange Feelings’ is the first release from their upcoming 5 song EP with producer Dan Parker, called Black and Champagne” and out August 26. For the new material the band draw their inspiration from bands such as Augustana, The Rolling Stones, John Mayer, Queen, and classic pop rock bands.
