Before moving back to New York, after a one year stint in San Diego, I took detour and headed to Europe for a two week trek through Greece, France, and the South of Italy. I spent most of my days enjoying the local cuisine (Feta cheese and fava beans, followed by endless gyros and gelato.) When I wasn’t eating, I was exploring: volcanic rock and black sand beaches, ancient ruins at the Acropolis, and the paths less travelled, winding my way around lesser known city streets to hunt for local treasures. Getting locked in my French apartment’s foyer, and almost being trampled by Grecian donkeys are amongst the top trip highlights. Others were captured on film, and I’m sharing them with you.
