“I was contacted by Arlen to do a shoot a few months back. We put our heads together and came up with this idea of shooting in a sleazy motel. I was completely interested since… let’s face it… those are the best kind of motels. This was quite an adventure for us. We found the perfect location after a few attempts. What we really sought after is for this shoot to come off very moody and sexy…. we wanted the viewer to ask themselves what is going on? Where is she? What is she doing there? We all have dark secrets and we really wanted to represent the beauty within those secrets. My favorite kind of art and photography is dingy and raw yet subtle.
