This photoshoot is the product of a long professional relationship between the photographer, Filipe Serralheiro and the model, Claudia Metello, who met in Portugal in 2011 at the beginning of they´re careers. Teaming up with talented stylist Elle Sanderson the team shot this story entitled: “Quid Ego Sum” which means ” Here I Am” in Latin at an upscale hotel in Chelsea, London.
Portraying a sense of longing and a certain restlessness of being with oneself the photographer shot this story using only a video projector as a source of light. Shooting Claudia using the projection of the last shot taken to illuminate her and as such creating a ghostly effect of her being alone with herself, waiting for someone to find her.
