For decades now one festival/brand has been synonymous with dance music, Summer and throwing the best fucking party in the country – INSOMNIAC’s ELECTRIC DAISY CARNIVAL – and though it has grown to include New York, Orlando and even Mexico and beyond as its tentacles grow and the brand furthers its domination in the music industry, there is always one event date and location that really shine, and that’s EDC LAS VEGAS! This year we thought we would take our readers on a journey through sin city as we crash the biggest day and night parties as well as all the festival coverage and some inside stories with some of the big time music artists performing this year! Founder, Pasquale Rotella, has made it a staple of the brand to bring not only the top artists from around the world within the dance music industry but also the top experience of any festival out there, which says a lot considering the likes of Tomorrowland, ULTRA, Stereosonic and more try to push the envelope each year as well. None compare the experience of sin city and the Las Vegas Motor Speedway having 400,000 people and more parties than a… well you get the point.
This will be NAKID’s first year covering the event and we figure there is really one way to do it for us, go all-fucking-out! So we teamed up with music phenom and one of the sickest producer/music artists in the world right now, ALESSO, as well as ARMIN VAN BUUREN to bring you a day in the life with them as they perform at this year’s EDC Las Vegas! Follow us as we live broadcast our ISSUE VII feature editorial shoot with them in Vegas, then we document their journey through the city all the way to the stage at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for these unforgettable performances. This is going to be one hell of a ride and special ISSUE VII experience and collaboration just for all our readers!
