For this exclusive fashion story the team comprises of photographer Steve Walls, MUA Ying Yui, and model Ro. R! The concept is something very unique, an exploration of the line between fashion, identity exploration and sexuality – embodied through classic black and white images, thus painting a manifestation of a dark world of fashion. Their aim with this visual journey is to communicate, or emphasise rather a more subtle edge to fashion – fashion is more than expected, often, a projection of one’s self-identity. Fashion is beyond objective beauty, it is dynamic, meaningful and personal. Through the dynamic series, “Dark Shapes of Fashion“, they aim to present a side of the Fashion world, that most editorials do not highlight.
