Performance artist and visionary Brooke Candy has teamed up with multi-cultural DJ duo ojivolta to release their latest genre-bending, Latin-infused track “Oomph.” With a video directed by Brooke herself, “Oomph” mixes catchy, oblique beats with Brooke’s trademark subversive vocals.
Showcasing the scope of her talents, “Oomph” marks Brooke’s third musical collaboration this year, tailing the recent release of the unapologetically pop-punk “Nuts feat. lil aaron” as well as her feminist, sex-positive anthem “My Sex,” which featured Pussy Riot, Mykki Blanco, and MNDR. Kicking off the year, Brooke released “WAR” on WonderSound Records in collaboration with GRAMMY-winning producer Peter Wade.
