Lights All Night celebrated its ninth annual event with a return to Dallas Market Hall in Dallas, Texas on Friday and Saturday, December 28 and 29 of New Year’s Eve weekend. As the largest end-of-the-year party in Dallas as well as one of the largest annual music festivals across the state of Texas, LAN played host to over 30,000 total attendees across two sold-out days. Stay tuned as new details are soon to be revealed surrounding the festival’s tenth-anniversary celebration in 2019 at lightsallnight.com
This year’s celebration kicked off on Day 1 with an extremely rare “Redux” DJ set performance from Kaskade, which was part of a new offering exclusive to Pre-Party and VIP ticket-holders prior to the opening of doors. Saturday performances also included headlining sets from Diplo and Rezz, along with another main stage set from Kaskade – all of whom offered awe-inspiring performances at the larger-than-life Supernova main stage. Other highlights from Day 1 included a special DJ set from Sofi Tukker, along with Jai Wolf, Anti Up (feat. Chris Lake and Chris Lorenzo), 1788-L, Mr. Carmack, Oliver Tree, and many others.
Day 2 started with another special Pre-Party DJ set from Ekali, which helped to set off the high-energy tone for the rest of the year-end party. The Supernova main stage then showcased Atlanta’s most beloved trap-rapper Gucci Mane, dub-step favorite Excision, and a closing festival performance by the Grammy-award winning DJ and opt-labeled “Godfather of EDM” Tiësto. Other notable performances on Day 2 included What So Not, Shiba San, Eprom B2B (back-to-back) Bleep Bloop, and numerous other artists.
Make sure to keep up with the fest for next year’s festivities.
