American photographer, April Nicole currently is based in Rome Italy and I’m reaching out to propose a photo (with potential story) submission that I think would be a great fit for Nakid Magazine. A team of young female entrepreneurs got together to create something cool – focused on lingerie and realistic femininity.
Highlighted in the story are the bras of Willow Layne Lingerie, a really cool, ethically conscious, body positive, small shop run by a young female entrepreneur.
The “essence” of the collection is about womanhood, solitude, and meditation. When we have a moment to stop, we can be overwhelmed by thoughts and “to dos”, the weight of it all can be exhausting. The photo series captures these types of moments, deep in thought, unable to focus, trying to stay grounded, and just breathing. Self-care, self-meditation, self-reflection, etc.
