Alina Gross was born in 1980 in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. 1992 her family emigrated to Germany. In 1998 she made her first modeling gig and got insights into the photo business. She assisted Thomas Rusch (Fashion & Beauty) in Paris. Followed an internship at Svenson Linnert in Hamburg and a visual design course at the University in Wuppertal.In the following years she worked as a house photographer for Thomsen Models (Cockroach)in Dusseldorf and Hamburg. Since 2012 she has been a freelance photographer in Düsseldorf and 2012-2017 guest lecturer for fashion photography at the Düsseldorf Fashion Design Institute. 2018 she meet the fashion Photographer Evangelos Rodoulis at the Milano Photovogue Festival and they decide to make the Artduo “Linas Angelos”, were they developed photo-projects for vogue Italia.She is married and has two children now living with her family in Bochum, Germany and has her own Studio.
” ‘Les Fleurs Du Mal’ is a conceptual work, inspired by the poems of Charles Baudelaire, is a combination of botanic life, female sexuality and fashion photography. In this work, the flowers are sexualized, giving a sense of irony in the title chosen ‘ Flowers of Evil.”
