‘SPACER WOMAN’ A NEW VISUAL STORY BY IASMINA PANDURU {EXCLUSIVE EDITORIAL}

Iasmina Panduru is a Romanian fashion photographer and graduate of London College of Fashion. She has been doing photography since 2016, exploring both digital and analog formats. Her main interest is to document subcultures and minorities, but she is flexible in expressing herself, making sure to always offer models the possibility to be in their natural element and true to themselves.

Spacer Woman is a collection that wants to highlight the problems of our society and its ignorance towards the discomfort caused by plastic and textile waste. The garments were made up entirely from materials that become uncomfortable on the body in the event of high or low temperatures, in the desire of replicating the devastating effects of climate change. The reason why the shoot took place at the pool is to give an example of how much impact plastic waste has in the waters of the oceans and not only.
