Photographer Gaspar Marquez was born in Mexico, and as a child would take his mother’s camera and shoot just for fun without her consent, be sneaky and exploring the world through a lens. That mischief turned into a photography addiction. The self taught photographer eventually moved to cement his love by studying at the prestigious School of The International Center of Photography and The School of Visual Arts in New York city; not to mention he’s got a BA in Business Administration in Mexico. Currently he is working as a Freelance photographer /Videographer doing Fine Art /fashion . He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
Together with model Miky he shot this editorial is based on Aphrodite; an ancient Greek goddess associated with love, beauty, pleasure, passion and procreation.
