Minhia Defoy is a young photographer living in Paris (FR). She has always be drawn to Art, first with drawing and dance as a child, but growing she always discovered new interests in the art field, like photography and fashion. Today, she still cares about working on all these different skills as they are essentials to her but photography has taken a bigger place lately as it allows her to realise the images she creates in her mind while being able to meet many people and having this hunger to discover new places to shoot, new ways to see things but always composing with concrete reality.
“My work is a representation of my very aesthetic way to see the world and people, as I am able to see beauty and mystery in every single thing or person. It is often linked to themes like reflexion, melancholy, erotism, psychology and feminism, always with a hint of a dreamy atmosphere.”

She is completely assuming and in phase with her sexual desires and her naked body, in a society where too many people still think women should hide their desires and their animal nature to show only an expected, accepted The model Nayeon is an art student mainly focused on radical feminism doing performances, collages and photography projects. Here she is in a timeless place, completely in harmony with herself, surrounded by red, the color of passion, erotism and menstruations.’
