After a long hiatus, producer Zaheer is back with a brand-new single that is set to be the summer smash of 2020!
The track, “5 On It”, is a reworking of the original Luniz classic and is a collaboration featuring the legendary vocals of Michael Marshall. Michael Marshall is the iconic voice responsible for the chorus on the original “I Got 5 On It” song, which shines prominently here on this up-tempo club banger.
Zaheer is a previous BBC Introducing artist and has performed at Reading and Leeds Festivals, re-creating his beats with a live band and showcasing various artists.
He is a multi-genre record producer that has been supported by DJs such as Charlie Sloth, DJ Target, Mistajam, Tom Robinson and has racked up radio plays on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 1xtra, 6 Music as well as the Asian Network.
