Artist & model Stephanie Van Burk together with photographer Jack teamed up for today’s exclusive NAKID feature editorial titled, ‘46 And Fabulous‘.
“Women often face pressure and unfair expectations about their bodies at any one time of their life. When they get older, they may think that they become invisible to the eyes of others. So I wanted to show through this shoot that what matters is not on how the others look at you but it’s on how you love yourself. As everybody is beautiful in their own particular way.”
“This photoshoot was very empowering for me and helped me feeling totally free and self confident about myself. I hope it can be empowering for others too.”
You wouldn’t guess it, but Stephanie is a 40+ year old model and a body positivity activist. She hails from Switzerland originally, but is now based in Los Angeles and she uses her nude work in photography and art to showcase her message, sometimes with collaborators such as Jack. She launched a Patreon page to showcase this and empower people to explore that message.
The amazing photographer is Jack Hauser, which is an internationally published portrait and boudoir photographer in southern California.
