It’s Summer, we’re deep into August, right in the center of the French capital, in the midst of a heat wave. So what to do when life on the outside is untenable? Stay at the hotel, take advantage of a balcony where it is too hot before returning to cool off in a bath while reading classics of French literature…
Working in the recording industry for over a decade, image has always been part of Anthony. Whether it’s the image of the artists, or the image that presents itself to him at every street corner sometimes just by looking up. After my ex-girlfriend gave him an old film camera a few years ago, he started taking more and more street photos, during trips, weekends, or simply in the streets of Paris. This year he decided to push the exercise further by taking pictures of people and also doing nude photography. Always, as for street photography, in search of a certain sensitivity, poetry, sensation… Only in film, without retouching. Because he likes film photography for its flaws, its non-perfection, the beautiful errors…
