Photographer & NAKID Founder, Dustin Hollywood, together with artist & model Charis Kirchheimer teamed up for a special NAKID ON THE ROAD exclusive editorial titled, ‘HOTLANTA‘. The last two weeks of every year, the two plan an escape from the dull drums of the normal holiday time. They either choose a new place to jet-set to, bouncing from city to city in another country, taking in all the hot spots and meeting new artists and people or, they jump in the car and hit the road to discover new cities and the badass people in them across the U.S. This year the two road-tripped to Miami from Cincinnati, hitting the Smokey Mountains, Charleston SC., Atlanta, GA., Jacksonville, FL., and Miami, FL.
This shoot was shot at the Starling Hotel in Atlanta, a beautiful art deco-style boutique hotel from Hilton! It was storming pretty crazy that night, there were even weather warnings so the two didn’t venture out far. Instead, they decided to spend the evening dining, drinking and then shooting this dark and moody editorial in their room on the 14th floor featuring a Marie Mur piece they recently received from the lingerie brand.
