‘I DON’T HAVE A DEGREE, I HOPE IT’S OK’ A NEW VISUAL STORY BY ARTIST ‘ORLA ANANDA’ {NSFW/ARTIST TO WATCH}

Artist & Photographer Orla Ananda creates a perfect balance between mixed mediums of photography and paint, or collage, and more. In today’s exclusive NAKID feature editorial titled, ‘I Don’t Have A Degree, I Hope It’s Ok’, we explore a new series of works by her that exemplify her blend of talent.

Orla Ananda is Russian born, and has always kind of had a taste for creating.  Being based in Miami now, she is an artist by trade and living within the professional art community as a creator. She favors mixed media collage most with her work medium, often using black and white photography as a canvas. Offline, Orla paints large scale murals and empowers neighborhoods through art. Her work is heavily influenced by New York street art, where she lived for more than a decade, with a background in photography and personal love for elements of graphic design.  During her creative journey, Orla Ananda showed her work in Paris, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Tulum and of course New York. Her client’s list eventually became to include such heavy hitters as the New York Times, GQ, Marie Claire, Soho House, Carnegie Hall as well as many private businesses. Orla Ananda does not copyright any of her work, stating that everything in life is organic and that all of her work was influenced by someone or something else.

On her website and Instagram page, she only writes one sentence: NONE OF THIS IS  MY ORIGINAL IDEA
