Nineteen year old Martin Cantos attempts to retaliate the social construct underneath femininity as it unveils a harsh intimacy throughout chromatic and material symbols for the complex spectrum of being. Simply put he’s young and got big ideas, and we love that in the artists we feature! Constructing body parts with natures own siren’s, flowers and and plants, the balance of the model’s movement and her environment define an archetype for humanity as she reflects her weaknesses, obsessions and fears – pushing ever forward and onward but always looking inward.
