GIRLS ONLY NYC, sounds like an underground club you wish you were a part of. Luckily you’re not far off, it’s a studio space hidden within Brooklyn, NY that supports and exhibits works of female artists in Brooklyn. The British curator, Antonia Marsh, had a vision of bringing women together to show their work in exhibitions, in an attempt to encourage collaboration and conversation amongst female artists from across the US and Europe. The space was launched in Spring of 2014 and will culminate in a group exhibition and publication series at the end of 6 months.
